About LCC Residential

Our History

LCC Inc. is an Exton, Pennsylvania-based Company, servicing Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey since 1988. LCC, Lakeside Cultural Care, began as a landscape installation and maintenance contractor, serving commercial and residential properties. As the service industry experienced rapid growth, LCC expanded its commercial property services. Today LCC offers clients, who range from shopping malls to corporate office complexes, a diverse service list to help make their business operate without day to day property maintenance concerns. Now 23 years later, LCC can not only create landscapes, but also fully maintain properties that make LCC clients’ businesses stand above the crowd!

Going Green

As the world changes to reduce the strain on our environment so does LCC. We are doing our part to recycle, reduce, reuse. As a green industry provider, we have a vested interest in helping save the planet which we make greener every day. For LCC, going green is not a new trend; it’s a way of business. From our commercial property management team to our landscape installation team, waste is reclaimed. We recycle metal, concrete, and paper waste; Compost yard waste for reuse; and use water management practices to reduce our demands on the environment.
